Returns & Exchanges
At TileCloud, we want to ensure your home renovation is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-priced, unopened tile boxes. Please note that we do not accept returns on samples, clearance items, or leftover individual tiles.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of delivery and that the tiles are in their original, unopened packaging with no damage.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the sealed boxes to receive your Return Authorization number.
- 3.Arrange Transport
Carefully secure the tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes and ship them back to our central warehouse via a tracked courier service.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the batch for quality and quantity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
