Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and finish of our tiles in your home's unique lighting before making a final decision.

How do you ensure tiles don't break during shipping?

We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and reinforced pallets to secure your tiles. While we take every precaution, we recommend ordering 10% extra to account for cuts, waste, and any potential transit breakage.

What is the standard lead time for delivery?

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return unused boxes of tiles?

We accept returns on full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?

Suitability varies by product. Each product page features specific icons and descriptions indicating if a tile is rated for residential flooring, commercial use, or wall-only applications.

Do you provide professional installation services?

TileCloud is a product supplier only. While we do not offer installation, we provide detailed specification sheets that you can share with your licensed tiler to ensure a perfect result.
